Before you submit a ticket to the support, please read this page.

Q: How to recognise a scam link?
A: Before you buy anything, check that the address of the shop website in your browser ends in “…viswwyd.onion” and that it matches the image in the footer (scroll to the bottom). If it is different, or there is no image in the footer, then you are on the scam site and do not proceed with the transaction!

Q: Why haven’t I received an email or confirmation of my purchase from the shop?
A: Make sure you haven’t registered your account with an email in an onion domain, e.g. torbox3uiot6wchz.onion or mail2tor2zyjdctd.onion etc. They are not supported. Sometimes emails are not delivered correctly, but the files you ordered are available for download in your Shop Dashboard.

Q: I have made a payment but my order has been cancelled. What should I do?
A: Make sure you pay the same amount as the store requires. Sometimes payments are made correctly, but the system holds them for manual approval. Sometimes, due to network or blockchain communication problem, payment is cancelled even if it’s ok. Every few days, administrators check the shop’s wallet balance and order list and manually change the status to complete to correct orders. If you want to speed it up, please create a support ticket with your transaction ID and order number.

Q: Why can’t I write a review for a product?
A: Reviews can only be written by “verified owners”. This means you have to buy the product before you can write a review. Makes sense, right?

Q: Why has the link to the file I purchased disappeared?
A: The download link expiration time is set to 15 days. This is the time you have to download the files you have ordered. If you need to extend this time, please contact our support.

Q: Are physical goods available?
A: No. Just digital stuff.

Q: How many network confirmations are required for the transaction to be considered approved?
A: Just one.

Q: How long does the store wait for payment?
A: It is displayed on the payment page and lasts 180 minutes. After this time the order will be set to status “Quote Refresh is Needed” and will be checked twice a day for an update.

Q: What should I do if the status of my order changes to “Quite Refresh is needed”?
A: If the payment is just delayed (more than 180 minutes) and the exchange rate does not change significantly, the administrator will accept the payment manually. If the rate changes significantly, you will need to adjust the payment so that it can be completed.

Q: What if my payment is delayed by the network and does not fit into the 180 minute window?
A: Every few days, administrators check the store’s wallet balance and order list, and manually change the status to complete. If you want to speed up the process, you can contact our support.

Q: What happens if I forget to make a payment or if I lose my connection?
A: 
No worries, you can go to the dashboard, find your order and continue with the payment. The system will also send a reminder after 8 hours with the updated crypto value for the order.

Q: Do I need Java script to make purchases and use the store?
A: No. We tested it by placing a few orders with javascript disabled and it worked, for a better experience you can enable javascript. It is up to you. Our shop is hosted on WordPress script, we only have Java Script provided with WordPress, no custom scripts for user tracking.

Q: Can I register as a seller (vendor) and sell my digital goods?
A: We do not offer vendor accounts. This is a private shop with files from the vendor Rocksteady. You can find me on several markets. If you want to sell something, try registering an account on one of the trusted markets. List of markets can be found here.

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Bitcoin, Monero, Dash, Litecoin, Doge, Bitcoin Cash.

Q: Which payment method should I choose/use? Which one is recommended?
A: We recommend using Monero, anywhere, anytime! It gives you, the customer, the best anonymity and the lowest transaction fee.

Q: What type of Bitcoin address is used in this store?
A: Native SegWit (bech32): addresses starting with bc1q.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds. You get what you buy. Read the description of each product carefully before you buy. Make sure you understand what you are buying, read the description, check the photos of the product. If you are unsure or the description is unclear, please contact us.

Q: Can I buy something without an account?
A: No, you can’t. You need to create an account before you shop or when you place your first order.

Q: What if transaction fee is higher than the product itself?
A: I suggest changing the payment from BTC to Monero, LTC or any other available. BTC is not the best choice for small payments. You can always exchange your BTC to other supported crypto using one of the trusted and anonymous exchanges.

Q: Could you please delete my profile from the Dox section of this store?
A: Sure we can! For just $1000 in BTC, your profile will be removed from this store. This is how much it will cost you to learn the importance of keeping your information private and secure. Next time, do not share your naked photos or private documents on the internet. Buy this product and contact us using the support form to let us know which profile or file you wish to delete.

Q: Could you please delete a file from this store?
A: Of course we can! The procedure is the same as for Dox. Check the question above.

Q: I bought a database and most of the passwords don’t work anymore. Why is this?
A: All databases older than 1 week may be out of date even after such a short time. All databases in this shop are more for building dictionary/word list. You can always try to match password from leaked database with other services for specific email. If it is a leak from Spotify, try to use this password on Facebook etc. You can also always check how the user builds his passwords to get the clue how to crack his other passwords to another service. Sometimes you will be lucky and even after a year you will find few accounts that have not changed their password. It all depends on the source of the leak and the time. Don’t forget that some of the leaks also contain mobile phone numbers, addresses, IPs, etc.

Q: Do you have a bug bounty and how can I submit my findings?
A: Big Bounty is a programme we have set up so that anyone who finds a bug, threat or vulnerability in our store can report it and receive a bounty for reporting it. The amount of the reward depends on the severity of the threat and will be determined on an individual basis. You can submit your report using the contact form. When testing the security of our store, please do so carefully and be aware of what you’re doing and the tools you’re using. If you do not know, leave it to more advanced users. We appreciate any help, but if you do not know what you are doing, you may damage our store or compromise your own security.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: Use our contact form on the support page or just email us at rocksteady[monkey]riseup.net (official shop communications will be sent from this address). You can always send us a private message/post a message on our official subDread. Remember to encrypt your messages with our PGP key. We check subDread from time to time, the fastest communication method is the contact form or email.

Q: How to avoid being phished?
A: Read our article “Look out for phishing links“, always check the address and always use encryption when communicating with us. Our official official PGP key is here. If the sender does not want to encrypt messages, it means someone is trying to scam you! We only use email, we do not use a live communicator. This is for your safety and ours.

Q: I am looking for a product but it is not in your shop, can you add it?
A: We try to add interesting stuff all the time, so if you are missing something, let us know and we will try to add it.
